2.2 Residency

2.3 Legal Capacity
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent, or who are acting under a guardianship order, are not permitted to register an account.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status
Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from son4d or from other gambling platforms under a formally registered self-exclusion program are not permitted to register a new account or attempt to circumvent an existing exclusion. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of any account opened in violation of this clause, with forfeiture of any balance therein.
3.1 Registration Process

Each individual may hold only one active son4d account at any time. This restriction applies regardless of the device, browser, IP address, household, or payment method used. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name or identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban, with forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your account is accurate and up to date. son4d is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to provide accurate information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any wager, deposit, withdrawal, or account activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that specific action. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact son4d support immediately via live chat.
3.5 Account Inactivity
An account that shows no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. son4d reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period has elapsed may be closed without further notice. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
son4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). son4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies at this time.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified members (KYC complete) are processed by son4d within an average of five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. son4d targets a maximum processing time of sixty (60) minutes for all verified withdrawal requests under Rp 50.000.000. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
All withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your son4d account details. son4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be approved. A deposit of at least the equivalent withdrawal amount must have been made through legitimate play — son4d reserves the right to void withdrawals where it determines that the account balance was generated through bonus abuse, system exploitation, or other prohibited conduct.
4.5 Declined Transactions
son4d reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, son4d will notify the Player via their registered email address and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
son4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant offer page at the time of opt-in, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods. In the event of a conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific offer terms prevail for that offer only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of ten times (10x) the bonus amount before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game categories — including live casino games and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward completing wagering requirements, as specified per offer.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
son4d operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer; using low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting strategies (e.g., covering all outcomes of a single event) while bonus funds are active; colluding with other players to artificially complete wagering requirements; and using automated betting software during bonus play. Where bonus abuse is detected, son4d reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the affected account(s), and withhold any associated withdrawal requests pending investigation.
5.4 Promotional Periods
son4d runs seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural and sporting events, including but not limited to: Idul Fitri / Lebaran reload offers, Ramadhan daily cashback promotions, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) enhanced odds events, and BRI Liga 1 and Piala AFF special accumulators. All seasonal promotions carry their own specific terms and are valid only during the stated promotional period. Promotional offers cannot be claimed retrospectively.
5.5 Maximum Winnings from Bonuses
Unless otherwise stated, maximum withdrawable winnings derived from a single bonus offer are capped at Rp 10.000.000 or twenty times (20x) the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Winnings exceeding this cap generated during bonus play will be forfeited. This cap does not apply to Real-Money Funds wagered after all bonus wagering requirements have been completed and Bonus Funds converted.
6.1 Fairness and RNG

6.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting game outcome, son4d will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction void policy. In general, malfunction voids all bets and pays. son4d is not liable for any losses or claimed winnings arising from a game malfunction where a void ruling has been applied.
6.4 Disconnections
son4d is not responsible for losses arising from your internet connection being interrupted during play. In-play sportsbook bets that have been confirmed and accepted prior to disconnection will stand. Slot and live casino games use server-side state management; the game state at the point of disconnection is authoritative for settlement purposes.

11.3 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, son4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their son4d account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date the claim arose.
11.4 Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms limits son4d's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by son4d's proven negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by son4d; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
12.1 Suspension by son4d
son4d reserves the right to suspend access to any account, temporarily or permanently, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that threatens the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players. In the event of a temporary suspension, son4d will notify the Player via their registered email address and conduct an investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
12.2 Termination by son4d
son4d may terminate a Player's account with immediate effect and without prior notice if: (a) the Player has committed a material breach of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false identity information; (c) the Player's account has been used for fraudulent or criminal activity; (d) son4d is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or (e) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7. Upon termination for cause, son4d reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
12.3 Termination by the Player
You may close your son4d account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team via live chat or by emailing support@son4d.bio. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, son4d will process any remaining withdrawable real-money balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
12.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by son4d or by you — your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law survive termination and continue to bind both parties.
